Background

Trained by the monks at the Monastery of the Verdant Harmony in Capleon, located at the healing Celadon Grottoes. The Order of the Verdant Harmony (Celadon Monks) combines ancient healing techniques with spiritual practices and martial arts.

While diving one day, Rock rescued someone who had fallen (or been thrown?) into the sea and was being hunted by the Mharoti Empire. Rock nursed them back to health while traveling and worked ship passage for both.

After his charge recovered and left at Messori Harbor, Rock decided to stay on as a sailor and continue his medical studies while traveling the world—a requirement of his order’s training.
